Set on 20 acres in the picturesque hills of Hampton, this award-winning home was built to feel like it had always belonged to the land. With its sweeping bushland surrounds and classic architectural features, Hampton Park is the essence of refined country living—designed to embody the charm of a homestead that could have stood for over a century.
I was brought into the project to support the interior selections and finishes—ensuring that every material, colour, and fixture aligned with the original vision: timeless, understated, and grounded in rural elegance. From the exterior detailing to the interior flow, this home reflects a deep respect for heritage design done right.
Many modern homestead builds miss the mark when it comes to authentic detail, but this one does not. It’s a perfect example of how thoughtful design and craftsmanship can bring history and modern living together in harmony.
Built by the talented team at Bryant Brothers and designed by Murray at Alisco Designs, Hampton Park went on to win the 2019 National Project Home Award from Master Builders Australia.
