What began as a kitchen redesign quickly evolved into a full home transformation—and the results were nothing short of beautiful.
The original Westbrook kitchen featured dark countertops, outdated timber joinery, and awkward angles that wasted valuable space. Frustrated by the challenge of securing a cabinetmaker, the client made the smart decision to bring in a designer—and I was thrilled to help her reimagine the heart of her home.
With functionality, flow, and timeless appeal in mind, I created a kitchen design that honoured her needs while modernising the space. Once the kitchen was complete, she was so delighted with the result that we extended the “glow-up” throughout the entire home.
Together, we selected new paint colours, flooring, and light fittings for the main living areas, and moved on to updating the main bathroom, laundry, and master ensuite. Each space was thoughtfully refreshed to reflect the client’s personal style and create a home that felt both cohesive and completely hers.
This project is a great example of how investing in design at the beginning can open the door to even more beautiful possibilities.
